Quick Guide for the Administrator: Installation and Configuration of ConsignoCloud

This guide explains how to install, configure, and consent to the ConsignoCloud application in your Microsoft 365 environment. By following these simple steps, you will be able to quickly integrate the application and allow your organization to benefit from its advanced features for document management on SharePoint.

Step 1. Install the application in the tenant's catalog from the SharePoint Store.

1. Access the SharePoint Admin Center

Log in to the SharePoint Admin Center.
Open Apps Management.

2. Install and activate the ConsignoCloud package.

Search forConsignoCloud in the SharePoint Store.
Install the application in your organization's app catalog.

Select the option "Enable this app only" to allow site owners to add the application from the "My Apps" page.

3. Verify the activation in the app catalog.

Once the application is installed, verify that it is enabled in the app catalog.

Step 2. Consent to the ConsignoCloud application for the organization.

Navigate to the following URL to grant administrator consent to the application: https://login.microsoftonline.com/organisations/v2.0/adminconsent?client_id=50da375e-c710-4bdd-9112-f5f975c1919c&scope=https://graph.microsoft.com/.default
Follow the on-screen instructions to validate the consent.

The application requests the following delegated permission:
- Sites.ReadWrite.All (write access to SharePoint sites)
Validate the consent. The application is now ready to be used by all users in the organization.

Step 3. Installation by the Site Owner

Add the Application to a Site

Go to the target SharePoint site.
Navigate to Site Contents > New > App.
Add ConsignoCloud to your site from the My Apps page.
In the My Apps tab, select ConsignoCloud and then click Add. Once added, a confirmation message will appear.
Verify the installation The application now appears in the site contents.

Step 4. Usage and Configuration by the Site Owner

In the site's document library, open the context menu ("...") on the toolbar.
Select ConsignO Cloud - Manage My Account to access the application's settings and configuration.
